Waste category, quantity, and other details provided at enquiry stage are estimates and may be revised following physical inspection at collection.
5. E-Waste Categories and Acceptance
We process e-waste under the categories described on our E-Waste Categories page, in line with our CPCB authorisation. We reserve the right to decline collection of items that fall outside our authorised categories or that pose a hazard beyond our processing capability, including but not limited to EV battery packs, which are not accepted under the AEEW category.
6. Documentation
For consignments we collect and process, we issue documentation appropriate to the engagement, which may include weighment slips, manifests, recycling certificates, and EPR credit acknowledgments, in line with the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information required to prepare this documentation.
7. Pricing and Payment
Pricing, where applicable, is communicated separately per engagement and is not published on this website. Any commercial terms are governed by the specific agreement between Lalit Industries and the client for that engagement.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, Lalit Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
